Please be respectful in general, I do not and will not tolerate any kind of discrimination or harmful attitudes towards myself and others.

I may ask you to clarify what you mean or are saying at times because I can have trouble picking up on things.

Please do not trace, color reference, or heavily reference my art, designs, and characters. This includes direct tracing, copying character design, etc. I have had problems relating to this before and I don’t mind people taking inspiration, but when it’s clearly almost exactly the same is when it’s a problem.

When getting a custom or art from me please be patient. I work a full time job and I won't be able to respond 24/7. I can end up forgetting to respond, so if I don't respond to a message within 3 days then please feel free to send another message. However please do not spam me if I am not responding. I understand that it can be frustrating not getting a response right away, I'd appreciate your patience and understanding. And please check my Trello for any updates.

I do accept holds. I prefer to only do holds for one week, however I will do holds for longer as long as we have talked and agreed upon it.

If I am holding something for you, I will message you on the date we agreed on, and if a week has passed since then and I have not heard from you in any way then I will cancel the hold.

If you have commissioned something from me, whether a custom or art ect, I will be send you wips and updates.

I do not mind if you ask for changes to be made, I want you to be happy with the product you are getting. However please be polite when pointing out things you want changed or fixed. And please don't ask for a hundred different changes that will take hours to do.

Once the commission has been finished, you may ask for simple or small changes. I will not make any big or major change that will take a long time to finish as you would have had plenty of time and opportunity before hand to ask for the changes. I reserve the right to say no on such things, but if it was a big mistake on my part I will of course fix it, such as forgetting a detail you mentioned previously or not noticing a detail on the reference provided.

Payment for any commissions will be decided on before I start on it. I prefer to have payment sent when I have the sketch finalized but before I start lining. I am aware that some people prefer to send payment at the beginning, and if that is what you would prefer to do, then please let me know and we can do that. We can also always work out a payment plan too.

When you purchase or receive an oc, custom, or design by me, then please keep them for at least 2 weeks before selling them. If you wish to gift them to someone else then that is fine, I have no problem with that.

Do not sell any ocs or designs you got from me for more than you got them for unless they have added art. If they do, then only incorporate the newly added art worth.

I do like to be notified when selling my designs or certain ocs, but that’s not required though I would appreciate it.

I prefer my art and designs to be kept on th. Please do not delete them or give them to someone outside of th. I do not feel comfortable with it. If needed I can provide someone with a th code.

For my Blacklist, this should be a given, but please do not sell or give anyone listed on there any of my designs. The people listed are there for a reason and I don’t want any of my designs to be given to them. Please be respectful of this. Doing so will result in you also being put on my blacklist.
